Extreme Muni in the French Alps

Last week I joined Steve Colligan, Joe Baxter and Ed Hawkes in Morzine in the French Aps to do some extreme Muni.  The riding was mostly downhill… extreme downhill!  With 15,000m decent in only 5 days riding it was hard on the body and machine… and fantastic fun!

Update on Joe’s LEJOG

“We crossed the border into Scotland today. David’s gears have finally been fixed, we’re over two thirds of the way, and we haven’t had any mishaps for two days. Doing a Triathlon using a unicycle

On Sunday, 21st August 2011, I did the Stockon Sprint Triathlon.  This was a 750m river swim, 20k cycle and 5k run.  Of course I chose to do the cycle using my 36″ geared unicycle.
