Unicycle Marathon – Rennes France
We are excited to hear that there is a new unicycle event. A Unicycle Marathon in Rennes in France.
The Long Distance Committee of the CNM (i.e. the French unicycling federation), and the Rennes Monostars club are happy to announce the creation of the International Unicycle Marathon of Rennes.
Date & place
On Sunday the 12th of June 2016, late morning, in the forest of Rennes.
Types of races
- half-marathon (21,097 km), categories Standard (29″) and Unlimited.
- marathon (42,195 km), categories Standard (29″) and Unlimited.
Age categories
Rankings will be made within each age category containing at least 6 participants.
The course
The course, on bicycle paths and roads (in the countryside so almost car-free), is made of two loops, and is designed for SPEED.
