How do I return an item?
Cooling off period
Should you wish to return an item, for either a refund or an exchange, we offer a 28-day cooling off period on purchases. We understand this might be too short during the Christmas period, so it’s extended from November 1st until January 15th.
T&C’s of a return
The item needs to be returned to us in a resalable condition. This means that it is in the original packaging and as new condition.
How to return item

- Contact us by email or phone or chat to book the return in.
- Print a copy of the invoice and write on it whether you are wanting a refund, replacement or swap.
- Package the items so it can not be damaged on the return journey including the copy of the invoice.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. We recommend the company www.parcel2go.com for larger items like unicycles. If you are exchanging items, we will dispatch your replacement item free of charge.When exchanging items, we will generate a credit note for any returned items, and an invoice for the new items. We will contact you directly if there are any cost differences.
Warranty or Damaged items
In the unfortunate situation where your item has been damaged or faulty, contact us before returning the item.
