Important Update for Our USA Customers – Orders Over $800

We wanted to make you aware of some important changes affecting shipments to the United States that are valued over $800.
Due to new U.S. government regulations, shipments from overseas now face stricter customs requirements. Specifically:
- Shipments valued over USD $800 now require formal customs clearance.
Previously, goods between $800 and $2,500 could be cleared through a quicker, informal process — but this is no longer the case. - Business-to-Consumer (B2C) shipments over $800 are temporarily suspended.
From April 21, 2025, DHL has paused shipments over $800 addressed to private individuals in the USA. This means we currently cannot ship orders over $800 directly to residential customers until further notice. - Business-to-Business (B2B) shipments are still allowed, but may face delays.
Shipments to registered businesses in the U.S. (with a valid Tax ID) are not suspended, although longer transit times should be expected.
What does this mean for you?
- Orders under $800 are unaffected and can be shipped normally.
- Orders over $800 destined for private individuals in the USA will need to be split into smaller shipments (where possible), or we may need to discuss other options with you.
- If you are ordering for a business (and can provide a valid EIN), we can continue to ship orders over $800, although customs delays are possible.
We understand these changes are inconvenient, and we are here to help guide you through any questions you may have.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
