Midwest Indoor MUni weekend

The First 2016 Midwest Indoor MUni weekend at Ray's Indoor Bike Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Looks like an awesome venue to go ride and develop your skills. Be nice if there was a place like this in the UK (or maybe there is?)

Here is a video that Christine Burke shot across the weekend.

Muni riding day

Ridin up hill

The UDC Muni day turn out was the quietest yet, but it did not discourage those who came out for what was one of the best rides of the year.  The route took us over a mixture of terrain from ancient roads, muddy track, forest trails, rocky tracks and over rolling hills.  We covered approximately 12 miles on what was the most amazing Autumn day.  Then a beer and food in the pub.

UDC Muni day – Osmotherly October 31st

We are organising another Muni day, around Osmotherly and North Yorshire Moors

A day of muni riding in The North East of England. The ride should be suitable for both intermediate and advanced riders (absolute beginners may join us but may find they walk quite a bit of it).

The riding around Osmotherly is fantastic, it offers a wide range of terrain from tracks to extreme down hill. This combined with being on the northern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors the scenery is amazing.

We will meet at Swainby (DL6 3ED) at 10:30am

There is a Pub at the end of the ride.

Not suitable for unaccompanied minors.

Read more about it on our facebook event page.

David Scott's Bamboo Unicycle Project

Our friend David Scott approached us a few months ago asking us to sponsor him, few emails back and forth we found out that he planned to create a Bamboo Unicycle frame. We happily accepted and David got to work. Here is what he created...

Here is also a couple of great videos of David riding, and building his creation.
