How to Enter:
To enter send your photos to [email protected]. Please submit no greater than one photo per email and no greater than 10mb (although high quality images are appreciated). We will make a shortlist and these entries will be posted on Facebook. The photo with the most "likes" wins. All entries to be received by March 31st
Who can enter:
The contest is open to anyone. Employees of unicycle.com are welcome to submit photos but are not ineligible for prizes.
How Many Entries:
Entrants may submit up to five (5) photos per competition period. Photos that are deemed inappropriate will not be eligible. This includes photos deemed culturally inappropriate or showing riding-caused damage to public facilities. Credit will be given to showing Unicycling in good light. Unicycle.com is not responsible for any lost, late, damaged, destroyed or misdirected entries. This competition is subject to European law. Unicycle.com reserves the right to withdraw, terminate or modify all or part of this contest for any reason by publishing a notice on the photo contest website.
Prizes will be awarded at the end of the competition period and the winners will be advertised on the Unicycle.com blog. We will contact all winners prior to awarding the prizes.
With each photo submission, you certify that you either;
a) are the photographer and maintain rights to publish & distribute the submitted photo(s)
b) have obtained the proper permissions/rights to publish & distribute the submitted photo(s).
By entering this contest, you grant Unicycle.com the right to publish or use your name, photograph and statements in any advertisements, promotional materials or marketing initiatives in any print, web or television media format, without compensation. Unicycle.com will try hard to provide Photo Credit and/or the Story Behind The Photo, where possible, but it cannot be guaranteed, depending on how the photo is used.
By entering this contest, you optionally agree to allow Unicycle.com to submit your photos to 3rd party print, web, or television media (e.g. cycling magazines or newspapers). Photos would be submitted without compensation to unicycle.com or you. Unicycle.com appreciates your agreement on this if you choose to do so; the intent would be to help grow awareness of our sport by distributing great photography to mainstream media.
