36” Braus Carbon Fibre Rim, 32 Holes (by Alchemist)

These rims are made by carbon wheel specialist Alchemist. They are made from UniDirectional TORAY pre-preg with a high toughness resin. This gives the rim a high resistance to impacts along with amazing strength. The unique rim profile has been designed to withstand the forces that larger wheels (36”) get while also still offering considerable weight saving over any aluminium rim.

A pre-production rim was tested by Terry Peterson who calls it a “Game Changer”.

This rim is half the weight of the aluminium counterpart! As anyone will tell you... the place to save the weight on a wheel is on the rotating mass - this does that. Initial testing reported an increase of 7.5% in top speed, faster acceleration and better agility.
